Never have enough of THE MOON

Always gave their Brilliant show.
So enjoyable!!!

Check out there tunes and see they live tonight at Powers Bar
http://moonrock.150m.com/

Joe Moon sounds a lot like Iggy Pop. He even sings with a Midwestern accent. But his band are not your average garage troupe dishing out "1969" soundalikes.

Perhaps The Moon's music is a speculation on what may have come of the Stooges after the phenomenal 1974 post-glam hangover album they never got to record - picking up the pieces after the big party and entering gloomier times.

Calling on Punk - Grunge - Sleepyhead boys & gilrs.

Party Heavily tonight! @Powers Bar, Kilburn High Road NW6.

Sunday will never be the same again.

A pound gig before 9pm.

Come rock with us ;)

The Moon is back!!! After an amazing show at Tommy Flynn's, see people dance, laugh and smile all at the same time. It was to mad to let them go without one more gig with us. People them, we love them. Who missed our gig last time, don't miss out this time. Trust us, you will have a crazy but very happy night ;) @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
Belle Phoenix has been likened to PJ Harvey, Blondie, Patti Smith, The Cure, Joy Division & Nick Cave to name a few; however, it is clear a that this Australian native has a sound all of her own, creating a unique blend of punk, goth & rock rife with vivid imagery that will bring a smile to your disillusioned face and a tear to your dry desert eye. The new album entitled 'Nine Lives' tells twisted tales of living like a cactus, New York City, Coffee & Cigarettes for breakfast with Spaghetti Western themes. Trent Marden from 'The Holy Soul' would often stand in as guest guitarist for the Sydney live shows and it was inevitable that Trent's unique style of playing would end up on future recordings, namely, Old Crow Misery & SoulKillers. With friends overseas and a life long visa Belle Phoenix mounted her D.I.Y. horse and headed for the welcoming arms of Europe playing experimental shows with German/Uk band members in both London & Germany. Imagine, vampires wearing cowboy hats, incredibly sexy half-clad women dancing with six shooters, and life being lived at warp speed in 'The Strange'. Once you combine all of these ingredients, only then do you get an decent idea of what Belle Phoenix brings to the table. Their music is sexy, vampiric, bold, sultry, rockin'; the list could continue. Belle Phoenix has a sound all their own and her voice is nothing short of amazing.
